Presentation Design Manager

This healthcare system has ownership in 3 GPOs.  I am currently seeking a Presentation Design Manager to work in the Creative Team for the GPOs.

YOU:

• 4+ years’ experience in design, including presentation design and corporate pitch decks
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, including animation and transitions
• Executive presence for presentations
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Healthcare experience is a big plus but not required
• Adobe and Keynote are plusses

The Presentation Design Manager will lead the creation of visually stunning and effective presentations and animations for our organization. As the Presentation Design Manager, you must be a PowerPoint Pro. You will be responsible for designing presentations that communicate complex business and healthcare topics in a clear and compelling way. The ideal candidate must be passionate about creating engaging presentations that tell a rich story, has a keen eye for design, knows how to organize and deliver content using builds and animation, and is comfortable working independently under tight deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design presentations and messaging for PowerPoint presentations, executive updates and other B2B marketing collateral
• Distill complex ideas into designs and messages that are concise and engaging
• Collaborate with senior executives and subject matter experts to understand their presentation needs and provide creative solutions
• Develop creative concepts and designs for presentations that align with our brand and messaging standards
• Utilize software such as PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite as needed to create stunning presentations, animations and infographics
• Design and animate graphics, charts, and other visual elements to effectively communicate information
• Create, develop and maintain design templates and execute on design direction while adhering to strict brand guidelines
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all presentations are on-brand, error-free, and effectively communicate key messages
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and software advancements to continually improve our presentation designs
• Must be comfortable moving quickly, managing multiple projects and expectations, and communicating directly with marketing team members and other key stakeholders
• Great interpersonal skills
• Technical – expertise with PowerPoint, Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as knowledge of video and audio editing software for creating multimedia presentations
• Graphic Design – strong understanding of design principles, typography and color theory
• Storytelling – can craft a compelling narrative and communicate complex details in a clear and concise way
• Project management – comfortable moving quickly, managing multiple projects and expectations, and communicating directly with marketing team and other key stakeholders
• Attention to detail – to ensure presentations are accurate, error-free, and visually appealing
• Creativity – to craft innovative presentation concepts and unique solutions to design challenges

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, animation, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in design including presentation design and corporate pitch decks
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of presentation design and animation work
• Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
