Seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to join their team, working for a Trust owned by the healthcare system.  This role will largely be focused on marketing for a medical supply company owned by this health care system, as well as 5 others!  You will have an opportunity to work with an organization that is about to have explosive growth, interact with VPs on a daily basis, and even gain exposure to senior leadership!

YOU:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of pharma/medical supply marketing experience
  • Prior involvement in a product launch
  • Entrepreneurial problem-solver who can identify opportunities and bring solutions
  • A goal-oriented team player with a positive disposition and a desire to wear multiple hats
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Pharmaceutical / medical supply sales experience is a plus

The Strategic Marketing Manager works closely with business leaders and senior marketing staff to support the marketing initiatives of the assigned business division. The job includes developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive growth and increase market share. Key responsibilities include annual planning, sales team education, product launch support, administering digital campaigns, tradeshows and event coordination, managing online presence, and collateral design. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record developing and executing data-informed strategic marketing plans, preferably for B2B and in the medical supply or pharmaceutical industry. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and in-depth understanding of marketing principles and practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that drive business-line growth and increase market share
  • Execute marketing activities that include product launch support, sales team education, branding, digital marketing campaigns, conferences, and market research
  • Collaborate with sales to develop and execute effective strategies
  • Support business leaders, sales, and product managers with development of presentations and collateral
  • Design, execute, and manage omni-channel digital marketing campaigns to target audiences.
  • Develop and manage the organizations online presence including website and social media.
  • Generate content and manage calendar for social media, customer education, newsletters, and reports
  • Coordinate conference participation and events to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends and customer insights to support development of data-informed marketing strategies
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of strategies and tactics to leadership and adjust tactics as needed to achieve annual business line objectives
  • Manage the relationship with external vendors and agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality content and marketing materials
  • Develop and maintain library of collateral and content

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, and/or healthcare management
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare (pharma or medical supply) marketing with demonstrated competence in helping launch products, educating sales teams, developing core messaging documents, executing promotional campaigns, and planning conferences
  • Skills in executing data-driven marketing strategies that include brand growth and digital marketing campaigns in the B2B market, preferably the pharmaceutical or medical supply industry
  • Demonstrated ability to provide marketing support for the launch of new products and services to B2B market including collateral development, sales team education, and omni-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience coordinating and planning conference participation for purpose of growing brand awareness and generating leads
  • Knowledge and experience leveraging marketing automation tools for digital campaigns and surveys
  • Requires superior written and verbal communication skills. Presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills must be excellent in order to build trust and engage cross-functional teams
  • Experienced in project management systems and processes, possessing a high degree of organization, and meeting deadlines
  • Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and be results-driven
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at one-time and work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment across multiple levels of the organization
  • A portfolio of related work that demonstrates proficiency in sales team education, product launch support, digital marketing, corporate communications, and content development may be requestted
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
  • Proficient in building campaigns using email marketing, marketing automation and CRM systems
