Sherri Kemp

With two decades of experience, Sherri Kemp is a powerhouse in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device recruitment, specializing in the commercial space. From 2005 until founding Kemp’s Connections in 2023, Sherri led the Life Sciences Practice at Parkwood International for over 18 years, where she earned her reputation for excellence and consistent results.

Her accolades include consistently ranking in the top ½% of 2,000 recruiters within MRINetwork’s 400-office global network. A perennial President’s Club Winner, she was also named Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) of the Year in 2016, a distinction awarded across MRINetwork’s worldwide operations.

Sherri’s success stems from her ability to connect clients with exceptional talent, from start-up companies to large enterprises. Her expertise in recruiting and her deep understanding of the life sciences industry make her a sought-after partner for filling critical roles or staffing entire commercial organizations.
